I don’t know which time of year I get more excited about. Late fall when basketball season gets underway, or March, when the the college basketball tournaments known as March Madness take place!

But either way, its a time to celebrate, so I’m sharing my latest “I Spy” game, in a basketball theme of course!

If you haven’t played before, it’s pretty simple:

Download the pdf below, and print out as many copies as you need on standard printer paper.

Using the key at the bottom of the page as a guide, count how many times each of the 10 different basketball themed items appear, then record that number next to the key.

To help you keep track of the count, you can draw an X through each item as you count it, or color each image as you go!

Wouldn’t this be a fun game for a basketball themed birthday party, or at your child’s end of season team celebration? Or maybe keep a few on hand to keep the kids busy while you watch your favorite basketball teams play this season. And for the record, adults enjoy playing too!

Good luck to your teams this season!

See you next week.

Carrie
