- A scissors or paper cutter
- A hole punch
- String, yarn or ribbon for hanging
This project takes just a few easy steps:

2. Print out the flags on white paper or cardstock.
I printed mine 2 flags per page, but you can print them full size. To make the banner more durable, print the flags on heavy duty cardstock.
3. Cut out the flags.
4. Punch holes in the upper corners of each flag.
5. Lay the flags our in order.
6. Run the string through the holes on the flags.
6. Hang up the banner, and you are ready to go!
