Do you offer gift wrapping?
Yes! I offer optional gift wrapping for the holidays. Each piece comes beautifully packaged, but you can upgrade to festive wrap if you’d like it ready to gift, perfect for stocking stuffers or team spirit gifts.

Can I include a personalized gift message?
Of course! Add your message at checkout, and I’ll handwrite it on a cute tag or note card. Great for sending personalized sports fan gifts straight to your recipient.

What does your gift wrapping look like?

Will multiple items be packaged together?

What are your holiday order deadlines?
To make sure your gifts arrive by Christmas:

  • Order by December 10th for standard shipping
  • Order by December 15th using Express shipping

How long until my order ships?
Most items are ready to ship in 1-3 business days (not including weekends). If you have concerns about when your order will ship, please contact me.

Which shipping carrier do you use?
All orders ship through USPS, and you’ll get a tracking number once your package is on its way.

Can I upgrade to faster shipping?
Yes! Priority and Priority Express options are available at checkout, for quicker arrivals.

What if my package is delayed or lost?
If tracking hasn’t updated for several days, send me a message! I’ll help you sort it out with USPS and find the best solution.

Do you ship internationally?
No, not at this time.

How long does it take to make custom and personalized jewelry?
Custom orders are ready to ship in about 1–3 business days. During the holidays, that time may be extended, so I recommend ordering early because my custom queue fills up fast!

Can I rush a custom order?
Sometimes, yes! Message me first to see what’s possible and I’ll do my best to make it happen.

Can I request a color combo or charm that’s not listed?
Definitely! Custom colors and charms are my specialty, and I love helping customers design personalized team jewelry to match their favorite school or pro team.

Simple: order early! USPS gets super busy in December, so placing your order ahead of schedule (and choosing Express Mail) is the best way to guarantee it arrives before the big day.
