Hello sports fans! I hope whatever sports season you are currently in is going well, and you are finding the time to watch and enjoy a game or two! I can’t believe we are almost at the end of college football season, but am excited about bowl season being right around the corner, starting December 16th!
I am also looking forward to watching the NCAA Women’s Volleyball tournament, which starts December 1st, to see if the Wisconsin Badgers can repeat as National Champions!
But today I want to talk about a question that has been asked by a few customers lately. And that’s if I have any tips to make it easier to put on an adjustable paracord bracelet. I sell tons of them at Team Colors by Carrie, and have a lot of experience with them, so of course I’ve got some tips and tricks to share!

While these bracelets are adjustable, getting the right size is important for a good fit. Take a quick peek at the How Will It Fit post I wrote a few weeks ago, if you need help.
Now let’s get that bracelet on your wrist!
Step One – holding the bracelet in both hands, use your thumbs to push the sliding knots toward each other to open the bracelet. Open it only far enough to fit over your hand.

.
DO NOT push the sliding knots all the way until they meet!

.
Step Two – Position the bracelet on your wrist, then slide the middle finger of the opposite hand in the gap you left between the 2 sliding knots.

Use your thumb and forefinger to push one knot away from the other.

You’ll have something that looks like this:

.
Step Three – Put your arm down on a table or up against your body, to hold one of the knots still.

Slide the other knot away from the first, to tighten the bracelet:

Repeat step 3 if needed, to get your desired fit!

Pretty easy, right?

I hope that helps!
